"This study is intended to be a historical document showing, in a summarized way, the doctrinal development and perpetuation of the Apostolic Christian Church with its roots in the "Froehlich movement" of the 1830s, 1840s and 1850s in Switzerland and surrounding areas - and eventually in America. It is not a comprehensive or exhaustive look at the doctrine but tries to focus on the doctrinal understandings that distinguish Apostolic Christian doctrine (and practice) from some aspects of contemporary evangelicalism.
