If Anyone Would Follow Me by Heart to Heart Choir

Heart to Heart Choir is an extension of Heart to Heart Ministry in Lancaster city and consists of youth from a variety of Weaverland Conference churches. The choir directed by Japheth Nolt began in 2002 with an incentive to record a CD for distribution in the city. After Japheth directed about twenty years, Rodney Snyder began directing in 2024, continuing the choir's ministry.

Vision Statement Our vision is to inspire faithful worship to God through refreshing acapella music both for the church and the unchurched.

Mission Statement Our mission is to minister to people in nursing homes, cities, and churches through song.
