Description

This audio drama is based on the life of Samuel Froehlich and events in the early days of the Apostolic Christian Church.  Much of this information has been taken from Froehlich's writings and other historical documents with the goal to make the story as accurate as possible.

Often we contemplate how to prepare ourselves or our children for the unknown troubling times and trials that await our generation. "Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand." Daniel 12:10

Yet the more we look into the past, the more we can mold our own character to handle the future.  This portrayal life of Samuel Froehlich is one such inspiration; as historic as possible but also dramatic in its presentation, in which have been added details from lives of others who lived during that time period.

This production was written and performed by Bluffton Homeschool students who spent time studying Froehlich's experiences.  Some real events coinciding with the time of Froehlich's life have been dramatized to make the story come to life.  To lighten the serious nature of the subject matter, some details about the geographical locations and fictional conversations have been added.
